Thanks for taking the time to visit my charity page.
On the 16th of June 2012 I ran 50 miles from London to Cambridge to raise money for Parkinson's UK. This challenge has been inspired by the memory of my father, who died in 1992 after fighting for 5 years with the Parkinson. This disease is a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system and unfortunately there is no cure for it. Medications, surgery and multidisciplinary management can provide relief from the symptoms, that is why is so important to raise money for the research. With the right training I have been able to complete this event, making a significant contribution to this incredibly worthwhile cause.

Thanks everyone,
