The first one (Example1)* is a programme suitable for the gym and it has been specifically designed for a female client. There is a perfect combination of legs exercises, core exercises and cardio vascular training.
The second one (Example2)* is specific for running a 5K and contains some precious tips for approaching this discipline in an enjoyable way.
